L I G H T

One year, this lovely Turk’s Cap Lily bloomed in the woods of our back yard.  I wasn’t sure how it had arrived, but it greeted me every late afternoon after work.  I could’ve sat and watched the light play on that lily for hours, but Life calls and reminds you that dinner and bath time are just around the corner.  Sitting with this flower and the sun, I was reminded how light greets us, illuminates us, and captures our essence.
