In honor of Farmers’ Market day, I’d like to share a graphic from the Rodale Institute that my fabulous farmer friend in Sharpsburg, MD (check out her operation at Evensong Farm) brought to my attention. If we want real food, we’re going to have to support the farmers who grow it.
